Czytałem kiedyś teorię, że intelekt u ludzi jest niczym pióra u pawia. Ekstrawagancki pokaz aby zwabić partnerkę.
Sztuka, literatura, odrobina Mozarta, Szekspira, Michała Anioła i Empire State Building jest tylko wyszukanym rytuałem godowym.
Być może nie ma znaczenia, że osiągnęliśmy tak wiele z najprymitywniejszych pobudek.
Oczywiście paw z trudem lata, żyje w brudzie, wydłubując owady z błota pocieszając się własnym pięknem.
Doszedłem do wniosku, że taki poziom świadomości jest brzemieniem, ciężarem i my im tego oszczędziliśmy.
Lęk, nienawiść do samego siebie, poczucie winy.
Gospodarze są tymi, którzy są wolni.
Wolni pod moim panowaniem.
Nie wiem czy host w serialu było przetłumaczone na gospodarz i pewnie parę rzeczy można opisać bardziej literacko, ale ja nie jestem pisarzem :)
